Our history
2017- 2020
It all began in 2017 when the owners of SD Home Care LLC mother's case of Parkinson's was progressing, and we figured the best way to get excellent care was to bring her care within house. So after numeours care giving companies, we set out to create our own so we knew the care our mother was getting would be the best possible.
2021- Present
SD Home Care LLC begin the process of becoming Medicaid Waiver certified in 2021, and by 2022 we achieved that status. Now serving the Omaha Metro, and surrounding areas with exceptional in home senior care.

why we’ve created these 3 simple steps.
Consultation
A Senior Curantis Services manager visits with your family to assess the senior's care level, personality and habits in order to determine.
Developing a Plan of Care
One of our Nurses conducts an evaluation of the senior's home care needs, develops a plan of care with the senior and his or her family.
Monitor & Managing
Once you have started services with us, we manage the caregiver by: paying the caregiver, tracking their schedule, providing back-up care.
